During a K2 Health Check, you get expert advice on your current implementation along with recommendations for meeting business objectives.

This one-day engagement provides a Quogent Senior Consultant to perform some of these key activities:

1. Review existing deployed applications to evaluate:

• Solution design / architecture
• Performance
• Usage
• Overall benefit/impact of each application

2. High-level review K2 Apps under construction to ensure proper design and approach.

3. Review patterns and practices of the organization's K2 development and operational state.

4. Review opportunities with key stakeholders for new use-cases.

5. Recommend improvements to practices and applications where appropriate.

6. Guidance for migrating K2 apps to K2/Nintex Cloud
